4 individual JIRA certifications and counting

​As part of our ongoing commitment as Atlassian Solution partners and to ensure that we continue to deliver world-class services to our customers, all of our consultants are on the path to becoming Atlassian Certificated Professionals (ACP).

I’m delighted to announce Kris Siwiec and I now both hold two certifications each:

• Atlassian Certified JIRA Administrator
  
• Atlassian Certified JIRA Service Desk Administrator

The exams were very challenging, but that’s the way it should be! As well as learning some new tricks along the way, we’ve consolidated and enriched our core product knowledge, especially when it comes to best practices.

We have both found the entire process to be extremely rewarding and firmly believe that as a company, all of our Atlassian service staff should go through the same process. This is why each consultant is on a path to achieving their first Atlassian accreditation within the first year of joining New Verve.
